"You're Stepping on My Toes!" The Disillusionment in Employee Relations
This article was written when I was on the editorial team at the New York Passport Agency, Consular Affairs division, Emergency Travel's Department. The article expresses the issues with employee relations especially with higher ups. It calls for supervisors to take an in depth look at their approach with training new hires. For a business to function appropriately, clear communication becomes necessary. It is critically important for those in charge to make themselves readily available to new hires. Not only does it ensure a smooth successful transition into the work force, it also counters rookie mistakes, which can often times be a scorchingly flaming fire too difficult to extinguish. It is therefore in our best interest to work cohesively as a team for the betterment of procuring the organization's success.
